Frazer Lockhart, vice president for waste operations at Stoller Newport News Nuclear, has been appointed to the Energy Department’s Environmental Management Advisory Board, SN3 parent company Huntington Ingalls Industries announced on Oct. 16. "I hope to use my experience in project management and acquisition to provide meaningful assistance to the Department of Energy leadership toward addressing their difficult challenges," Lockhart said in a statement. The board was established in 1992 and provides advice, information, and recommendations to DOE’s assistant secretary of environmental management on corporate issues related to accelerated site cleanup and risk reduction. Membership includes 15 members from government and nongovernment entities, private industry and scientific, and academic communities.
