IN THE INDUSTRY
Former URS executive Richard Wolfe has joined Fluor Government Group as a vice president for business development. He succeeds Don Sticinski, who is set to retire from Fluor in April following 14 years of service to the company. Most recently, Wolfe was based in Charlotte as a vice president for business development focusing on commercial nuclear business for URS. “Richard’s range of experience serves us well in capturing the many opportunities we have developed in our pursuit pipeline,” Bill Bodie, senior vice president of Fluor’s Government Group, said in a release issued this week. “Richard is a proven leader with a demonstrated ability to win work, negotiate, close contracts and develop talent.”
