Westinghouse to Acquire CB&I Nuclear Construction Business

Westinghouse Electric announced on Tuesday that it will acquire CB&I Stone and Webster, the nuclear construction and integrated services business of CB&I. The merger excludes the Mixed Oxide Fuel Fabrication Facility project.
