National Security Technologies (NSTec), the contractor that manages and operates the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS), is seeking a subcontractor for Global Security Directorate technical support services. The contractor’s Global Security Directorate supports U.S. nonproliferation; counterterrorism; and chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear detection initiatives. The subcontractor will provide “cyber resiliency and analytics solutions” for international trade, adversarial cyber tactics research, supply chain analytics, and threat assessments, according to the statement of work. The subcontractor is required to have “current placement in at least 100 countries globally, to include China, Russia, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Qatar,” and should be able to “quickly respond to just-in-time task requirement on demand,” the solicitation says. Interested parties were expected to submit responses by Oct. 15 explaining how they would meet statement of work requirements.
