The National Coal Council, an advisory committee to the secretary of energy, will hold its next meeting on Nov. 5 at the National Energy Technology Laboratory in Pittsburgh, Pa., according to a notice published this week in the Federal Register. Speakers will include Grace Bochenek, director of DOE’s National Energy Technology Laboratory, and Sean Plasynski, director of the Strategic Center for Coal with the National Energy Technology Laboratory.
