The Army Corps of Engineers issued a solicitation notice late last week for up to six indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide hazardous, toxic and radiologic waste architect-engineering services in support of its North Atlantic Division. According to the Corps, the six contracts will include two contracts, which are set aside for small businesses only and will not exceed $5,000,000 each, and up to four remaining contracts, each of which will not exceed $2,500,000 each. “The work includes, but is not limited to study, investigation, design and construction phase engineering services for HTRW sites/projects located anywhere within the boundaries of the North Atlantic Division, and other mission areas as assigned,” the notice said. Task orders will be negotiated on a firm-fixed price or firm-fixed price with incentive fee basis. Responses are due by May 4.
