THREE FIRMS WIN NEW LOS ALAMOS MASTER-TASK ORDER AGREEMENTS

By ExchangeMonitor
Los Alamos National Laboratory awarded three new master task order agreements for cleanup activities earlier this week. The winners of the new contracts, which are for environmental support services, were Navarro Research and Engineering, Portage and TerranearPMC. Details on the length and ceiling value of the new MTOAs were not available yesterday. In total, 11 firms bid for the new contracts, according to Los Alamos spokesman Fred DeSousa. “The companies chosen for MTOA-3 were selected on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis,” DeSousa said in a written response yesterday. “Currently, we do not know when the first project might be competed,” he said.
