19: The National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine holds a virtual seminar on its new Nuclear Proliferation and Arms Control report at 2 p.m. Eastern time.

20: The Nuclear Threat Initiative holds a virtual seminar on negotiating the new START Treaty at 1 p.m. Eastern Time.

20-21: Environmental Management Site-Specific Advisory Board (EM SSAB) chairs meet virtually at 12 p.m. Eastern Time. 

22: House Armed Services Committee subcommittee  hearing on F-35 program at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
