02: The Portsmouth Environmental Management Advisory Committee meets at 6 p.m. Eastern Time. 

02: Annual Meeting. Arms Control Association. Keynote speaker: Mallory Stewart, assistant secretary of state for arms control, verification, and compliance. National Press Club, Washington. 8:30 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required.

NEW: Via public records request, I’ve been able to confirm reporting today that a warrant has been issued for DOE deputy asst. secretary of spent fuel and waste disposition Sam Brinton for another luggage theft, this time at Las Vegas’s Harry Reid airport. (cc: @EMPublications)
