Here are some events related to defense and civilian matters that the Exchange Monitor staff is tracking this week:

12 – The Department of Energy’s Waste Isolation Pilot Plant plans a town hall presentation online starting at 5 p.m. Mountain Time on regulatory issues surrounding Panel 8 for underground disposal.

NEW: Via public records request, I’ve been able to confirm reporting today that a warrant has been issued for DOE deputy asst. secretary of spent fuel and waste disposition Sam Brinton for another luggage theft, this time at Las Vegas’s Harry Reid airport. (cc: @EMPublications)
