14: Air Force Association, “Sustaining and Modernizing Ballistic Missile Operations Forum.” Streaming online. Includes appearances by: Air Force Maj. Gen. Anthony Genatempo, commander, Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center; Air Force Col Jason Bartolomei, senior materiel leader upper and system program manager for the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent program.

14: The American Nuclear Society kicks off its 2021 virtual conference with speakers including top officials from DOE and NRC.

16: N3B Los Alamos hosts an online meeting on legacy cleanup at Los Alamos National Laboratory starting at 2 p.m. Mountain Time.

16: ‘Hanford Live’ an online discussion about Hanford Site cleanup with state and federal officials starts at 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

17: The Paducah Environmental Management Site-Specific Advisory Board meets at 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

NEW: Via public records request, I’ve been able to confirm reporting today that a warrant has been issued for DOE deputy asst. secretary of spent fuel and waste disposition Sam Brinton for another luggage theft, this time at Las Vegas’s Harry Reid airport. (cc: @EMPublications)
