Here are events related to nuclear matters that Exchange Monitor staff are tracking this week:

10: Hearing: A federal district judge in Massachusetts will hear arguments on a White House plan to offer deferred resignations to certain federal employees. 

11: Earnings call:  Leidos will discuss its quarterly financial results during an earnings call starting at 8 a.m. E.T. 

11: Public hearing: Public hearing for LANL Draft Sitewide Environmental Impact Statement. Santa Fe, N.M. Virtual option: 1-4 p.m. Mountain time and 5-8 p.m. Mountain time.

12: Meeting: The two-day Hanford Advisory Board meeting is slated to start at 8 a.m. Pacific Time Holiday Inn Express & Suites, 4525 Convention Place, Pasco, Washington. 

12: Hearing ; The NRC Atomic Atomic Safety and Licensing Board will hear oral arguments starting at 8 a.m. Eastern Time on the potential restart of the Palisades nuclear plant in Michigan.

NEW: Via public records request, I’ve been able to confirm reporting today that a warrant has been issued for DOE deputy asst. secretary of spent fuel and waste disposition Sam Brinton for another luggage theft, this time at Las Vegas’s Harry Reid airport. (cc: @EMPublications)
