09 – The Hanford Advisory Board meets online in regular session at 9 a.m. Pacific Time.

09 – The Oak Ridge Environmental Management Advisory Board meets at 6 p.m. Eastern Time.

10 – Hearing: House Armed Services Strategic Forces Subcommittee. “FY22 Budget Request for Nuclear Forces and Atomic Energy Defense Activities.” Charles Verdon, acting administrator of the National Nuclear Security Administration, scheduled to testify. 11 a.m. Eastern.  Watch online.

NEW: Via public records request, I’ve been able to confirm reporting today that a warrant has been issued for DOE deputy asst. secretary of spent fuel and waste disposition Sam Brinton for another luggage theft, this time at Las Vegas’s Harry Reid airport. (cc: @EMPublications)
