05: Meeting: The Hanford Advisory Board holds a hybrid meeting starting at 9 a.m. Pacific Time from the Red Lion Pasco, Wash., 2525 N 20th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301. To receive virtual access information contact the deputy designated federal officer, Lindsay Somers at least five days prior to the meeting, [email protected].

05: Meeting: A Hanford Site “Dialogue” meeting is scheduled by the three Tri-Party Agreement agencies starting at 6 p.m. Pacific time at the e Red Lion Hotel in Kennewick, Wash.,  near Columbia Center on 1101 N. Columbia Center Blvd.

07: Meeting. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, “to describe the license termination process and the NRC’s review of the License Termination Plan for the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant.” The NRC must approve the plan for the reactor to be decommissioned. The public may watch the proceedings online or in person at the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce, 915 N Suncoast Blvd Fla., 34429.

NEW: Via public records request, I’ve been able to confirm reporting today that a warrant has been issued for DOE deputy asst. secretary of spent fuel and waste disposition Sam Brinton for another luggage theft, this time at Las Vegas’s Harry Reid airport. (cc: @EMPublications)
