THE SIXTH ANNUAL RADWASTE SUMMIT KICKS OFF TODAY

ExchangeMonitor’s Sixth Annual RadWaste Summit kicks off today in Summerlin, Nev., with a keynote presentation by Francois-Michel Gonnot, chairman of ANDRA, and remarks by Waste Control Specialists President Rod Baltzer and EnergySolutions Federal Group President Alan Parker. The Summit, which will continue through Friday, is set to bring together nearly 300 participants to discuss the full spectrum of issues facing the commercial and federal radioactive waste markets, including a discussion on new approaches to performance assessments and a reexamination of approaches to managing wastes from accidents in the wake of Fukushima.
