THE 12TH ANNUAL CCUS CONFERENCE: CALL FOR PAPERS RELEASED

By ExchangeMonitor

The Carbon Capture, Utilization and Sequestration Conference
May 13 – 16, 2013
David L. Lawrence Convention Center
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

The 2013 Conference program again highlights the potential utilization of anthropogenic carbon emissions and the necessary requirement to develop commercially viable carbon capture technologies and infrastructure to make utilization possible.  Though the emphasis is on systems and technologies that are being or could be deployed in North America, the work undertaken outside North America that would contribute to progress here is of equal importance. The intent is to:

  • Provide a forum for the exchange of experience among N. America and international scientific and engineering communities to move the technology base forward;
  • Facilitate the necessary dialogue between technology developers/purveyors, industry and the public on the development and deployment of viable technologies; and
  • Share experience on public acceptance of CCUS/CCS systems.
