Small businesses get small window to buck for NNSA construction support contract

By ExchangeMonitor

The National Nuclear Security Administration’s five-year Enterprise Construction Management Services contract is up for bids and interested small businesses have just over a week to ask questions about the quick-turnaround bid request and just over two weeks to get quotes in.

The winner of the contract that went up for grabs last week will provide the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) with professional and technical support for any of the many construction projects the semiautonomous Department of Energy nuclear weapons agency has on its plate for the middle of this decade.

Parsons Government Services is the incumbent.

The semiautonomous Department of Energy nuclear weapons agency released its request for quotations on March 8, giving upstarts less than a month to take their best shot at upsetting the incumbent.
