Sandia Schedules Open Houses for Small Businesses

The Sandia National Laboratories said Monday it is offering a series of open houses to provide information for small businesses interested in providing goods and services to the National Nuclear Security Administration facility in New Mexico.

More than 70 companies have sent representatives to the seven meetings held since Oct. 4, according to a Sandia press release, which provides links to a number of federal government contracting resources. Each open house offers an opportunity for companies to meeet with staff and contracting specialists from the lab.

The events are scheduled to be held thrice-monthly through March of next year: from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the first Tuesday of the month; from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the month; and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month. The meetings are held in the Supplier Diversity Lobby of Sandia’s Innovation Parkway Office Complex, at 1611 Innovation Parkway S.E. in Albuquerque.
