Sergey Kislyak, the Russian ambassador to the United States, joined to the lineup of speakers for the seventh annual Nuclear Deterrence Summit scheduled for Feb. 17-20 in Washington, D.C. Kislyak will give a keynote speech to kick off the seventh annual gathering of weapons complex, Pentagon, State Department and industry officials. Also scheduled to speak at the conference are Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Rose Gottemoeller, National Nuclear Security Administration chief Frank Klotz, Navy Strategic Systems Programs Director Vice Adm. Terry Benedict, Air Force Assistant Chief of Staff for Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration Maj. Gen. Garrett Harencak, former Strategic Command chief Robert Kehler, NNSA weapons program chief Don Cook, NNSA nonproliferation chief Anne Harrington, and Sandia National Laboratories Director Paul Hommert.
