Registration Deadline Nears for DOE Cleanup Biz Opportunities Forum

By ExchangeMonitor

The Department of Energy is accepting registrations through Thursday for its next Office of Environmental Management (EM) Business Opportunities Forum, slated for Oct. 4 in Knoxville, Tenn.

While there is no fee to attend the event, scheduled from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Knoxville Convention Center, participants must register in advance with Mary Wilson at [email protected].

Those who cannot attend can watch the session remotely via WebEx connection. Preregistration is still required with Wilson, who will then provide the connection information.

At the session, Norbert Doyle, deputy assistant secretary for acquisition and project management at EM, will offer updates on several billion dollars’ worth of cleanup contract procurements.

The forum is being held in conjunction with the Energy, Technology and Environmental Business Association’s annual Business Opportunities and Technical Conference from Oct. 2-4 at the convention center.
