Barry Goss, who founded Professional Project Services, or Pro2Serve, 25 years ago, is stepping down next week as the CEO although he will remain as a non-executive chairman of the board, the federal government contractor said in a Thursday press release.
Mark DeGraff, a 20-year Pro2Serve employee, was to succeed Goss as CEO on Monday. In addition, Sherry Browder will serve as Pro2Serve’s president and chief operating officer and Mark Haub as the chief financial officer. Both will report to DeGraff, Pro2Serve said in the release.
“I am extremely pleased to be able to turn the leadership of Pro2Serve over to the executive management team of DeGraff, Browder, and Haub,” Goss, who founded the company in 1996, said in the release. “They are experienced leaders with high integrity and proven records of success. Our employee-owners will be well served by their guidance into the future.”
Goss has led a 40-year business career that includes experience with Fortune 500 companies, according to the Pro2Serve website. DeGraff is listed as the current president of the company’s Enterprise Technical Assistance Services subsidiary and has managed projects at the DOE cleanup office and the National Nuclear Security Administration. Browder is listed as president of the Pro2Serve, overseeing contracts for DOE and the Department of Defense. Haub is listed as chief financial officer and treasurer.
The Oak Ridge, Tenn.,-based Pro2Serve currently holds the $49-million, five-year technical support services contract with the Department of Energy’s Office of Environmental Management for the Oak Ridge Site.
