NNSA Virtual Job Fair Scheduled for Wednesday

By ExchangeMonitor

The National Nuclear Security Administration was scheduled to host its latest online job fair on Wednesday, the semi-autonomous Department of Energy nuclear-weapons agency said.

The civilian weapons steward has 3,000 openings across the nuclear-security enterprise, according to the press release about the agency’s latest hiring drive. Anyone interested in the jobs, which are mostly contractor positions, should register for the virtual event ahead of time, the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) said.

The NNSA has hosted this particular kind of agency wide job fairs since early in the Donald Trump administration. Early job fairs happened in-person in the Washington area. Starting in summer 2020, the events transitioned to internet-based gatherings because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
