The National Nuclear Security Administration picked five small business-led teams yesterday for its management, organizational and administrative services blanket purchase agreement. The agency notified team leads BCS, Incorporated; CNI Technical Services; Miracle Systems, LLC; GEM Technology International, Corp.; and Longenecker & Associates that they were selected out of nine bidders for the umbrella ordering agreement, which could be worth as much as $200 million over five years. Notably, the teams leads were completely different than the six companies that led teams during the previous blanket purchase agreement. That group included Delta Research Associates, JG Management Systems, Link Technologies, Millican, Dennis & Associates, Systematic Management Services and Time Solutions Corporation.
