NNSA government affairs man jumps to industry

By ExchangeMonitor

The director of government affairs and community engagement at the National Nuclear Security Administration left the agency this month for a career in industry, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Harris Walker now lists himself as director of government affairs and a “lithium policy change agent” for Livent Corp., Philadelphia. That ended a Department of Energy stint that began in 2013, allowing for a year off in 2014 when he worked for the consulting firm Deloitte.

Livent is a commercial lithium company doing business in the aerospace, battery, electric vehicle and other industries.
