NNSA ADMIN. SERVICES PROCUREMENT ON TRACK DESPITE AMENDMENT

By ExchangeMonitor
The National Nuclear Security Administration’s administrative services blanket purchase agreement procurement appears to be on track despite an amendment that makes minor changes to the Request for Quotes. Bids on the contract are still due by 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time March 22, and the March 11 amendment makes no significant changes to the contract, making only small adjustments to information that bidders must submit for the BPA price list, vendor’s composition summary sheet and oral presentation participants list. The agency also released five pages of questions and answers for the procurement, most of which dealt with minor clarifications about procurement procedures. The contract is set-aside for small business, with team leads and prime contractors required to qualify as small businesses under at least one of several General Services Administration contracting categories, and it is designed to be utilized by the NNSA as well as other Department of Energy program offices. It could be worth up to $200 million.
