NEW DOE-RL BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT AWARDS COME UNDER PROTEST

By ExchangeMonitor

Interactive Technology Group, Inc. is challenging the DOE Richland Operations Office’s recent award of two new blanket purchase agreements to obtain business support services. The protest was filed with the GAO July 26 and made public yesterday. The GAO has until early November to make a decision. At issue are two new blanket purchase agreements the Richland Operations Office awarded to Corporate Allocations Services, Inc., and Longenecker & Associates, Inc. The agreements are set to run for up to five years, consisting of a three-year base period and two one-year option periods. Services to be provided include graphics, QA Support, EEOICPA claims processing support, legal assistant support, move facility support, management analyst support, project management support, nuclear safety support, estimating support, and technical expertise support in various areas, according to DOE. Neither Interactive Technology Group nor the Richland Operations Office responded to requests for comment yesterday.
