The National Coal Council, an advisory board to Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz, has set their annual spring meeting for April 19-20 at the Hamilton Crowne Plaza in Washington, D.C. Moniz is scheduled to keynote the public meeting Wednesday Morning. Armond Cohen, co-founder and executive director of the Clean Air Task Force, Robert Purgert, president of Energy Industries of Ohio, Jeffrey Phillips, senior program manager of the Electric Power Research Institute, Alfred Brown, CEO of ION Engineering, John Schultes, CEO of New Steel International, and Kipp Coddington, director of the Carbon Management Institute will also present. Registration for the event can be completed on-line.
