- The Strategic Deterrent Coalition is hosting the symposium "Strategic Deterrence in the 21st Century" at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg on Tuesday, May 5. The event will feature speeches by Adm. Cecil Haney, commander of U.S. Strategic Command, Frank Klotz, Administrator for the National Nuclear Security Administration, Maj. Gen. Garrett Harencak, Air Force Assistant Chief of Staff for Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration, and others.
- Perma-Fix Environmental Services scheduled their 2015 first quarter earnings call for this week, the company announced late last week. The call will take place Friday, May 8, 2015, at 11 a.m., and it can be accessed on the Company’s website at www.perma-fix.com, or by calling 877-407-0778. Perma-Fix Chairman and CEO Louis Centofanti will lead the call along with Chief Financial Officer Ben Naccarato. During the company’s 2014 full-year earnings call earlier this year, Centofanti indicated that the first quarter would not do as well as expected, mainly due to delays in shipment of materials, but he did say revenue should rebound in the subsequent quarters.
