How do I register?

How much does it cost to attend and what does it include?
The registration prices are listed on this page. Registration includes access to all sessions, plus continental breakfast, lunch, break beverages/snacks, receptions, and access to most speaker videos/presentations.

VIP Code Policy
VIP codes cannot be combined with additional discounts. VIP codes are not applicable on previously invoiced registrations.

Group Rates
When two-four people register in a group, each person will receive 15% off the cost of registration by using discount code: GROUP when registering online. If you are interested in sending five or more people to the Summit, contact Beth Wagner at bwagner@accessintel.com to get information on reduced registrations for your group.

Press Registration
The Summit provides members of the press with exclusive access to experts, leaders and executives speaking at the event. To qualify for press credentials, you must: Be affiliated with a nationally or regionally recognized or industry-relevant media outlet, hold an editorial title, and be prepared to show bylines or other evidence of reporting or press-related work. To register for press credentials, or for media-related questions, please contact Beth Wagner at bwagner@accessintel.com.

Attendance Policy
Attendance as a general attendee at this event is reserved for DOE, DoD, and other government agency contractors, engineers, scientists, program managers, and all other federal, state, and local government employees. Vendors, service providers, and manufacturers are encouraged to register as a sponsor or exhibitor, which includes access to the general sessions and content provided during the program. If you are identified as a potential sponsoring/exhibiting company, you will be contacted by a member of our team regarding sponsorship and exhibiting opportunities.

Cancellation Policy
The deadline to cancel and receive a full refund is April 18, 2025.  If you need to cancel your registration after April 18, 2025, your registration can be transferred to individual. All cancellations must be made in writing by the original registrant to clientservices@accessintel.com. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants.

Substitution Policy
Registrations can be altered and edited up until the May 27, 2025.  Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Notice of substitution must be made in writing by the original registrant to clientservices@accessintel.com
