Where can I book a hotel room?
The conference is being held at the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel. Book your hotel here prior to Monday, January 5, 2024 or until the hotel sells out.
How much does it cost to attend and what does it include?
The registration prices are listed on this page. Registration includes access to all sessions, plus continental breakfast, lunch, break beverages/snacks, receptions, and access to most speaker videos/presentations.
Discount Code Policy
Discount codes cannot be combined with additional discounts. Discount codes are not applicable on previously invoiced registrations.
Group Rates
When two-four people register in a group, each person will receive 15% discount off cost of registration by using the discount code GROUP when registering online at the payment stage of the process. If you are interested in sending five or more people to the Summit, contact Beth Wagner at [email protected] to get information on reduced registrations for your group.
Press Registration
The Summit provides members of the press with exclusive access to experts, leaders and executives speaking at the event. To qualify for press credentials, you must: Be affiliated with a nationally or regionally recognized or industry-relevant media outlet, or hold an editorial title. Attendance Policy
Attendance as a general attendee at this event is reserved for DOE, DoD, and other government agency contractors, engineers, scientists, program managers, and all other federal, state, and local government employees. Vendors, service providers, and manufacturers are encouraged to register as a sponsor or exhibitor, which includes access to the general sessions and content provided during the program. If you are identified as a potential sponsoring/exhibiting company, you will be contacted by a member of our team regarding sponsorship and exhibiting opportunities.
Cancellation Policy
The deadline to cancel and receive a full refund is December 22, 2023. All cancellations must be made in writing by the original registrant to [email protected]. If you need to cancel your registration after December 22, 2023, your registration fee can either be credited toward the 2025 Nuclear Deterrence Summit or you can transfer the registration to another individual. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants.
Substitution Policy
Registrations can be altered and edited up until the January 22, 2024. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants of the 2024 Nuclear Deterrence Summit; however, printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event. Notice of substitution must be made in writing by the original registrant to [email protected].
