FORMER DOE, NNSA OFFICIAL CRANDALL JOINS TECHSOURCE

Former Department of Energy and National Nuclear Security Administration official David Crandall has been hired by the science and engineering consulting firm TechSource, Inc. He’ll serve in a senior advisory role with the company. Crandall recently retired from DOE after serving as the advisor to the Under Secretary for Science. He previously served as the NNSA’s chief scientist after a career that spanned stints at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, DOE’s Office of Science, and NNSA’s Office of Defense Programs. While in Defense Programs, Crandall served as the Director of the Offices of the National Ignition Facility, Inertial Fusion and Defense Sciences.
