Fluor-B&W Portsmouth, LLC, the D&D contractor for the Portsmouth site, has named Tracey Heidelberg as its new Director of Business Services. Heidelberg, who previously served as chief financial officer, replaces Bruce Hanni, who is returning to Fluor Government Group “where he will be taking on several new assignments,” according to an internal message issued earlier this week. Hanni had headed up FBP‘s business services section since October 2010. “Tracey’s current and past performance clearly demonstrates her qualifications as Bruce’s successor. She is skilled in leadership, problem solving, planning, team building and project management. She will ensure the continued positive and effective performance of our Business Services operation support to the project,” FBP Site Project Director Dennis Carr said in the message. Brad Scott has been named to replace Heidelberg as chief financial officer. He has served as Controller on the Portsmouth D&D project since July 2012.
