FLUOR-B&W PORTSMOUTH HEAD JAMESON STEPPING DOWN NEXT MONTH

By ExchangeMonitor

Jamie Jameson is stepping down next month as head of Fluor-B&W Portsmouth, LLC, the D&D contractor for the Portsmouth site. Jameson’s two-year commitment as FBP Program Manager is set to end Aug. 17, after which he will leave the company “to pursue other activities,” according to a company release issued yesterday. Jameson has headed FBP since it won the Portsmouth D&D contract in August 2010. FBP said it has proposed a replacement to the Department of Energy for approval, but did not provide additional information. “I am proud of what we have been able to accomplish together in light of the challenges we have faced in the past two years,” Jameson said in a message to employees. “ I feel confident that this project has the workforce and the leadership to continue to progress and achieve its mission.”
