Little has changed for commercial nuclear plants this election, aside from the Indian Point Energy Center, which will lose Rep. Nita Lowey (D-N.Y. 17), who is retiring this year. Mondaire Jones, a Democrat, will replace her to overlook the plant, which is owned by Entergy and going through the process of shutting down for decommissioning by Holtec.
Incumbents were re-elected in most other nuclear plant jurisdictions.
