DOE to Host Hanford Small Business Symposium

The annual Bridging Partnerships Small Business Symposium, offering tips for small businesses interested in work at the Hanford Site, is set for April 18-19 at the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick, Wash. Cost to attend the symposium, presented by the Department of Energy and its Hanford prime contractors, is $100.

The first day will feature a bus tour of Hanford from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by a reception from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Symposium sessions are scheduled from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. April 19. Speakers will represent DOE and its Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, the Small Business Administration, the Washington state Procurement Technical Assistance Center, the Supply Chain Management Center, and the Department of Labor.
