DOE EXTENDS DUE DATE FOR IDAHO RFI

By ExchangeMonitor

The Department of Energy has extended the due date for responses to a request for information for acquisition planning at the Idaho site from Dec. 20 to Jan. 3, according to a notice posted Friday. The Department is currently in the initial planning stages for follow on cleanup contracts at Idaho once the two current contracts end in Fiscal Year 2015. The number of procurements and types of contracts are still being determined, according to the notice, but officials have said that it will likely be a small set of contracts. The RFI requests capability statements from interested companies by the deadline.
