DOE Contractor Changes Name to RSI EnTech

By ExchangeMonitor

Oak Ridge, Tenn.-based Restoration Services, which was purchased by another company in October 2016, announced Monday it has changed its name to RSI EnTech.

“We are excited about rebranding the company as RSI EnTech LLC while retaining the RSI brand that is synonymous with our exceptional service delivery and being an employer of choice,” said RSI President Paul Clay in a press release.  “The name RSI EnTech LLC signifies our core business segments: Environment, Engineering, Energy and Technology.”

RSI, as it is now known, has over 20 years of successful experience with environmental restoration projects.

The former Restoration Services has a $53.1 million contract for engineering and technical support services the Energy Department’s Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Ohio. The contract expires in September. The Energy Department issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a new contract in July 2017.

RSI is part of the ASRC Industrial Services (AIS) engineering and professional services operating group. California-based AIS, which has 2,000 employees in the United States, is a subsidiary of Alaska-based Arctic Slope Regional Corp.
