DNFSB NAMES REBACK AS DEPUTY GENERAL COUNSEL

The Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board yesterday announced the appointment of Richard Reback as the Board’s deputy general counsel. Reback most recently served as counsel to the Department of Homeland Security’s Inspector General, and previously served in the IG offices at the Department of State and Broadcasting Board of Governors. He also has worked in a private legal practice where he represented nuclear utilities. “Mr. Reback has a wealth of experience working with auditors, investigators, and inspectors to conduct oversight of Federal agency operations and to ensure compliance with Federal laws, rules and regulations,” states a DNFSB release.
