An article in the Wednesday edition of Weapons Complex Morning Briefing should have said that J. L. Shepherd and Associates manufactured the cesium blood irradiator removed from a University of Washington building, and that a DOE Radiological Assistance Program crew from Richland, Wash., responded to the contamination incident that arose from the machine’s attempted transport off-site.
