A team led by BWX Technologies would probably not start transitioning to management of liquid waste operations at the Savannah River Site in South Carolina until the fourth quarter, if it retains a previously awarded Energy Department contract, according to David Black, BWXT’s senior vice president and chief financial officer. An article in the Tuesday Weapons Complex Morning Briefing misstated his remarks made during a BWXT earnings call.
