The story “NRC Gives its Blessing to Interim Storage in Texas” (Weapons Complex Morning Briefing, September 14, 2021) should have said that the bill signed into law last week by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) only banned the storage of high-level nuclear waste.

NEW: Via public records request, I’ve been able to confirm reporting today that a warrant has been issued for DOE deputy asst. secretary of spent fuel and waste disposition Sam Brinton for another luggage theft, this time at Las Vegas’s Harry Reid airport. (cc: @EMPublications)
