Contractor URS/CH2M Oak Ridge (UCOR) won 97% or almost $20.4 million out of a potential $21 million fee for the period from April 1 through Sept. 30, 2019. The initial version of the article in the Monday Weapons Complex Morning Briefing listed only the subjective part of the Energy Department fee award.
