Clarification

CLARIFICATION: The first headline and first story in yesterday’s Morning Briefing inaccurately stated that Pantex managing contractor Consolidated Nuclear Security is preparing an upgraded ‘contract’ for the plant’s non-unionized workforce. CNS is preparing an upgraded benefits package for non-unionized Pantex employees.

NEW: Via public records request, I’ve been able to confirm reporting today that a warrant has been issued for DOE deputy asst. secretary of spent fuel and waste disposition Sam Brinton for another luggage theft, this time at Las Vegas’s Harry Reid airport. (cc: @EMPublications)
