Clarification

Fluor Corp. said it has not reported formal earnings to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 2020, as reported in an article in the July 24 edition of Weapons Complex Monitor, and will not do so until it answers the regulator’s questions about 2019 earnings. In February, Flour disclosed some preliminary select financial results for its first quarter of its fiscal 2020, which was the last calendar quarter of 2019.
