CHANGES COME TO PARSONS’ SWPF MANAGEMENT

By ExchangeMonitor

Parsons has made some changes to its management team at the Salt Waste Processing Facility Project, removing Integration Manager Charles Hanson from the project and moving some SWPF managers to focus on other projects. The decision comes after the Department of Energy made its own management change at the project, late last week officially naming Pam Horning as the new SWPF federal project director. Also late last week the Department and Parsons reached an agreement-in-principle on the project that involves completing construction by 2016 but does not address commissioning or startup of the facility. Parsons did not comment on this week’s management change.
