CH2M HILL REORGANIZES AS NEW CEO PREPARES TO TAKE OVER

CH2M Hill is reorganizing its corporate structure as new Chief Executive Officer Jacqueline Hinman prepares to take over on Jan. 1, WC Monitor has learned. The company will be organized into five markets—water, transportation, energy, environmental/nuclear, and facilities—each headed by an executive who will report directly to Hinman. Chris Shea, who currently heads CH2M Hill’s environmental services business group, has been tapped to lead the environmental/nucleaer market. Denny Ferrara, who currently manages the company’s nuclear work—including its Department of Energy contracts—will report to Shea. Mike McKelvy, who is currently president of CH2M Hill’s Government, Infrastructure and Environment Division, will transition to a new position in charge of "delivery" across all markets. In that position, all of the company’s regional executives—including Mark Fallon, managing director for the UK—will report to McKelvy.
