CH2M HILL ANNOUNCES CEO TRANSITION PLANS

By ExchangeMonitor

CH2M Hill is set to undergo a top-level management change in the new year, with CEO and Chairman Lee McIntire to step down and be replaced by Jacqueline Hinman. McIntire will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board after the management change, which is scheduled to go into effect Jan. 1, 2014, according to a CH2M Hill release issued yesterday. Hinman previously served as President of CH2M Hill International and is currently a member of the company’s board.  “The Board and I have been engaged in succession planning for the past few years, and the timing and process have come together at the right time,” McIntire said in the release. “I think we all feel fortunate to have Jacque as our new leader and a deep pool of talent behind her. We are excited to see the next stage in CH2M HILL’s growth.”
