B&W ANNOUNCES FOURTH QUARTER 2012 RESULTS

Babcock & Wilcox reported yesterday an increase in revenue for the fourth quarter of 2012 compared to the same period in 2011. In the fourth quarter of 2012, B&W saw revenues of $865.3 million, an increase of $64.5 million, or 8.1 percent from the fourth quarter of 2011.”"GAAP earnings per share for the fourth quarter 2012 were $0.33 compared to a loss of $0.53 in the fourth quarter of 2011,” B&W said.
