By ExchangeMonitor

Oak Ridge, Tenn.,-based Boston Government Services has hired Bernie Boucher as its senior vice president for business development, the company said this week.

After spending 21 years in the U.S. Army, Boucher was most recently a vice president with CACI International in Reston, Va. Boucher has also worked in a business development post with Northrop Grumman and other large companies, Boston Government Services said in a Monday press release.

Boucher’s educational background includes masters degrees from the University of Liverpool and the Naval War College, according to the release. He will work out of the company’s Washington, D.C. office.

Business development at Boston Government Services was previously handled by Karen Harris, who was promoted in December to head the company’s energy and environmental sector, a company spokesperson said Tuesday in response to an Exchange Monitor inquiry.

Boston Government Services is a Department of Energy contractor and now part of Bernhard Capital Partners.
