Bechtel Exec Shifting to CNS as Finance Chief

By ExchangeMonitor

Nikki Grover will on Friday become chief financial officer for the Bechtel-led team managing the Department of Energy’s Pantex Plant in Amarillo, Texas, and the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tenn.

The chief financial officer for Consolidated Nuclear Security “oversees the financial activities at both sites,” according to the contractor’s website. Grover was most recently chief financial officer for Bechtel Nuclear, Security, and Environmental, which handles the company’s business with the Department of Energy.

Grover will replace Teresa Nightengale, who is retiring, a spokesperson for Consolidated Nuclear Security said Tuesday by email. Nightengale has been with Consolidated Nuclear Security since the contractor took over Pantex and Y-12 in 2014. She was previously deputy chief financial officer and controller for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California, which is also managed by a Bechtel-led team. Before that, Nightengale worked at DOE sites including the shuttered Hanford plutonium production reservation.
